Course Structure:
10.00 Welcome cup of tea, scone and catching up with developments in how reflexology can help pregnancy and birth.
10.30-10.40. Effective Grounding techniques to keep the therapist focused.
10.40-11.00: Triggering the relaxation response in your pregnant client.
11.00-12.25: Giving a treatment – a review of all the reflexology points for pregnancy. (Group 1)
1.30-2.0 Lunch.
1.30-2.00. A review of am. Q&A and some case histories.
2.00-3.25: Giving a treatment – a review of all the reflexology points for pregnancy (Group 2)
3.30-4.00: Sharing of ideas and experiences.

Work experience Marie Therese has been teaching Reflexology to accredited level for the past twenty years. She also works in the area of positive self-awareness, relaxation and meditation and much of this teaching has infiltrated into her teaching practise.

Marie Therese is also a qualified nurse, midwife, counsellor, psychologist, administrator and teacher and brings immense knowledge and experience to the course.
